My Story
I’m a seasoned Design Lead with expertise in creating beautiful, user-centered designs that elevate brands and engage audiences. With a strong foundation in UX, HCD, and strategic design leadership, I’ve led cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital experiences across various industries. My journey has taken me from driving innovation at Northern Trust, a global financial institution, to shaping the brand and product design at Bankjoy, a Y-Combinator fintech startup. I’m constantly evolving my skills, exploring AI tools, motion graphics, and storytelling to push the creative envelope.
MY Experience
LEAD DESIGNER
At Bankjoy, I led the design strategy for an award-winning digital banking platform, developing the company’s entire branding framework. I created all marketing collateral across digital, print, and experiential channels, while collaborating closely with the CEO, COO, and product teams to deliver impactful product enhancements and seamless user experiences.
VP, VISUAL DESIGN TEAM LEAD, PRINCIPAL DESIGNER
In seven months, I unified UX and visual designs teams to focus on higher value work through new methods, tools, processes, and streamlined design. I evaluated disparate team dockets, capabilities, and processes, and created an actionable plan to bring members from completely separate teams together to learn and grow from each other, all the while conceiving of higher value products for our clients.

In this role, I spearheaded UX and visual design initiatives for key digital platforms. I led the team’s transition into UX, mentoring designers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, on-brand digital experiences for a global audience.
